Shipping policy

Orders are sent out from our Warehouse in VIC, Australia Monday – Friday. We strive to ship your order within 48 business hours of receipt (this may be extended due to public holidays or peak periods).

 

Shipping Times:

 

• Australia: 3-7 business days via Australia Post eParcel (Free)
• Australia: 1-3 business days via Australia Post Express (AU$15)
• International: 2-5 business days via DHL Express (AU$25)

 

Shipping times are based on estimates and may vary due to factors out of our control. International orders can not be sent to P.O boxes and must be signed for upon delivery.

 

A note for International Customers: Potential import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Charges vary depending on your local customs.
