Refund policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, Shadee will accept returns for a refund on full priced products within 14 days of the products delivery date.
To initiate a return, please email customer service at stephanie@ilaboptics.com with your order number.
We recommend using a trackable postal service as we will not take responsibility for lost or late returns in transit.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable, unless the product was deemed faulty.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition with the original packaging.
If accepted, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving your return.
